Puppy Mills and Pet Shops Must STOP!

Over the years I've gotten quite a few phone calls from people whom have had the unfortunate experience of buying a Dane, or Dog of another breed, from a "Backyard Puppy Mill or Pet Shop." If you’re not familiar with what this is, basically let me try to make it simple. People buy dogs to breed, they breed the "heck" out of these poor dogs usually these dogs are confined to cages or feces ridden dog pens, and sell their puppies for way bellow price, because they focus on quantity not quality. The more pups they can sell the more money they make. And the cycle repeats it’s self every time the poor momma dog comes into heat. In addition, people like this are always looking to cut corners, such as not taking the expensive and even inexpensive health precautions and treatments to keep puppies healthy. They don’t worm them, they don’t vaccinate, they feed horrible dog and even cat food to the pups and mommas and papas, they don’t bleach down the pups living and sleeping areas every day, or even moderately clean the areas, they stuff the pups and parents in small confined areas such as a cage, a bath tub, and they live their lives like this. To allot of people its obvious to them that the conditions in which the pup is coming from is "HORRID" but they "STILL BUY THE PUP", because, they say, they felt bad for the pup, and they just couldn't leave the pup there. 

 

 

 



Out of all people believe me I understand how your heart is just dieing to get the pup out of the situation, but because they bought the pup, they are now contributing to this terrible mess, therefore keeping them in business, and continuing to make hundreds more of the exact same sad, unhealthy, horribly emaciated puppies just like the one you bought from them because you felt so bad for it. You cant even imagine the things they put these animals through, which also includes killing all their runts, I’ve also known some pro breeders and show dog breeders that do this same thing by killing the runts or puppies with defects. And instead of treating a health issue they just kill these precious pups because they don't want to spend the money to get them better, sometimes all you need to buy is a $12 bottle of dewormer, or some other inexpensive treatment.  But no...That may cause them to loose some of their profit.

These people also kill their momma and papa dogs after they are considered "no good" to breed after the dog has bred a lifetime of pups, or if a dog has been purchased that has difficulty conceiving or producing. 

Also, I’ve done some of my own investigations on allot of these people, and believe me, they have no desire to do anything differently, they know they are pulling on your heart strings, but they don’t care, because they are still making money off of those people who want a really inexpensive pup, and making money off of those people who feel horrible for the pups so they buy them because they feel they are rescuing the pup. 

MY ADVICE, CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, ANIMAL CONTROL, AKC, UKC, THE CITY, LOCAL RESCUE AGENCIES AND PRO BREEDERS, AND ALSO CALL THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE. Don’t fall for their tricks, because once you buy one of these pups you’re contributing to their business, and allowing them to continue doing this horrible, God forsaken, practice. People can and will be prosecuted by law for this.

 

 Someone finally realized...if they can do this to animals 

imagine what they can do to people?

PLEASE MAKE A CHOICE, DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO GO ON

           DO NOT BUY or CONTRIBUTE TO or  FROM A PUPPY MILL, PET SHOPS THAT SELL PURE BREDS even if your just going to buy a leash, OR BACK YARD BREEDERS.
